Boss Fight Coordination
Section titled “Boss Fight Coordination”Parties are essential for taking on zone bosses. In a party boss fight:
- Turn order rotates between all party members and the boss
- Each member can use their own skills and items on their turn
- The boss attacks the player whose turn just ended
- If a member is knocked out, they can’t act but are revived with 1 HP if the party wins
- Healer bonus — A healer job (White Mage, Sage) automatically heals the lowest-HP ally after attacking
Leaving a Party
Section titled “Leaving a Party”- Any member can leave at any time with the party leave command
- If the leader leaves, leadership passes to the next member who joined
- The party disbands when the last member leaves or after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Bring a mix of jobs — a healer (White Mage/Sage) makes boss fights much easier
- Focus on hitting the boss’s elemental weakness for 1.5× damage
- Include at least one healer job for the auto-heal bonus on healer turns
